How does the project work

A caseworker from the Energy Redress Project works with Plymouth Energy Community and supports many of their clients that are referred to us by them for debt, money and benefit casework.

Many referrals arrive via adult social care and support some of the most vulnerable people in the city with the help they need to find a way forwards in a joined up approach with PEC to provide the best support we can. The service was originally visiting homes and advising people as well as face to face and telephone advice. Currently providing advice through telephone due to the pandemic.
