Caseworker – Utilities Department


Starting salary:
Negotiable within the salary scale, depending on experience

Salary Scale:
£22,047.71 to £26,675.22 per annum

Hours:
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

About the role:
We are seeking to recruit two Caseworkers to join our energy team, who are part of the award winning Utilities department at Citizens Advice Plymouth.

The project has been set up under the Warm Home Discount Industry Obligation and will be supporting the supplier’s members. You will provide holistic debt advice, income maximisation and energy efficiency advice at caseworker level via telephone and digital channels in a demanding and fast paced environment for customers who have been referred to the service by one of our utilities projects or by calling the Citizens Advice helpline.  

You will also need to support some of our must vulnerable clients with a focus of supporting them through to resolution.
