DESCRIPTION:Our trained adviser can offer you signposting and confidential advice on benefits\, budgeting and debts. They can also provide signposting on other advice areas. \nWhile you don’t need to book ahead to attend this session\, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be seen for a full appointment on the day due to demand. We also can’t offer appointments if there’s less than 1 hour before the drop-in session finishes\, as this won’t give us enough time to help you find a way forward with the problem you’re having. If we’re unable to see you\, we’ll add you to our waiting list and contact you when the next appointment becomes available. \nAlternatively\, you can also speak to your local Community Builder\, who can refer you into our service. Once we receive that referral\, we’ll be in touch to let you know when an appointment can be arranged. \nThank you for your understanding – we’re doing our best to support everyone as quickly as we can.
