At Citizens Advice Plymouth, the training and development of our people is at the heart of everything we do to ensure we are providing our clients with the highest quality of service. We require a Learning and Development Officer to lead the day to day internal training offering across the whole organisation, from administration and telephone client contact through to specialist workers and leadership.
You will be at the forefront of training and development activities across the whole organisation by delivering internal training sessions and workshops to ensure that all training is interactive, engaging and inclusive.
You will need to have an enthusiastic, open and creative approach to learning and cater to all development needs of all employees.
The Learning and Development Officer will work as part of the training department and report directly into the Chief Operating Officer. The post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining the internal training plan, ensuring that all training activities are in line with organisations needs that feed directly into the annual business plan.
You will drive quality and consistency through the delivery of training, coaching and mentoring and work collaboratively with our other Learning and Development Officer.
