£23,419.85 to £27,880.77

About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to be part of a team of managers on our EDF project, which is part of the award winning Utilities department at Citizens Advice Plymouth.

Our EDF team provide debt and energy advice to EDF customers referred to our service by the EDF Helpline. The team provide clients with debt and energy advice appointments over the phone, helping them to find solutions to their issues.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day line management of the team ensuring the highest standards of advice and customer service are achieved. 

We are looking for someone who will be a role model for our values and behaviours across the organisation. Applicants should be confident in leading, engaging and motivating a team ensuring that team members are effectively supported and coached. The post holder should also be comfortable working in a target driven environment and will be responsible for team targets and outcomes.

Our friendly and professional office is currently located in Plymouth city centre but during the Covid-19 outbreak we have followed government guidelines and temporarily working remotely from home during this time.   

In order to be fully competent to advise our clients all successful candidates will need to complete full training to become competent in their role. Training is completed at our office, however, should our office still be closed due to Covid-19 at your start date your training will be delivered remotely via a combination of videolink and e-learning with support from our Learning & Development Officer.
