Context of the role
This post is to support the continued growth on our national utility contracts. You will be managing advisers and caseworkers from different projects, ensuring that we continue to drive consistency and give an award-winning service to our clients.
You will be working within Citizens Advice Plymouth aims and principles and Ofgem’s Warm Home Discount industry initiative. You will support your team to provide debt advice, income maximisation and energy efficiency advice.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop different partnerships to ensure that all key performance indicators are exceeded.
You will need to have previous experience of coaching a team in a fast-paced target driven environment. You will not be afraid to tackle difficult situations head on and you will embrace change and lead by example.
You will need to be digitally engaged and have a great eye for detail ensuring that you support the team to hit the full scheme targets as agreed by Ofgem.
The post will be responsible to the Heads of Utilities.
