Title:                             Pension Wise Guidance Specialist

Starting Salary:         £22,287.55 per annum (rising to £24,887.78, following passing of accreditation training, exam and successful completion of 3 month probation)

Pay scale:                    £19,581.22 – £24,887.78 per annum

Hours:                          37 hours per week (job share / flexible working considered)

Contract:                    Fixed Term to end March 2019, with a strong possibility of extension to March 2021

Benefits:                     3% auto enrolment contributions from both employee and employer in to auto enrolment pension scheme (eligibility required)

25 days annual leave (pro rata), bank holidays (pro rata) and an additional 2.5 days to be taken between Christmas and the New Year  (pro rata)

Responsible to:          Pension Wise Team Leader

Work Base:                  Negotiable – within commuting distance of Plymouth

Pension Wise is a national service offering guidance to people on their pension options. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pension Wise guidance specialist. You must have a solid foundation in pension law and practice, gained in a pensions technical role. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with customers from diverse walks of life.
