Trainee Debt and Energy Adviser – EDF Energy Project


Salary Scale:
£20,372.30 to £23,187.97

Hours:
1 x full-time position working 37 hours per week.

Contract:
Permanent contract (subject to funding)

Role Context:
Providing debt and energy advice to EDF Energy customers referred to our service via the EDF Energy helpline.

The employer for this post is Citizens Advice Plymouth.

Role Purpose:
To contribute towards the delivery of a comprehensive debt and energy service for clients, in line with the requirements of the funder. Providing clients with debt and energy advice appointments over the telephone, helping them find solutions to their issues.

Key work areas and tasks:
Deliver debt and energy advice assessments, primarily over the phone, but also face to face, via email and through webchat, to meet the needs of the service and clients.
