Trainee EDFE Telephone and Digital Gateway Assessor


Pay Scale:
£16,916.54 to £17,387.57 (pro rata)

Hours:
37 hours per week
(Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4.30pm, ocassional late shifts on Tuesday and Thursday 10.30am to 6.30pm)

Context of Role:
Gateway assessment is the first point of contact for members of the public contacting the Citizens Advice. An assessor is there to establish what the client’s issue is, ensure that all relevant information is collected, help them resolve the issue whenever possible and provide the best next step. 

Contract:
Permanent

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional 2.5 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year (pro rata for part-time employees)
