Negotiable within the salary scale, depending on experience
£22,047.71 to £26,675.22 per annum
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

About the role:
We are seeking to recruit two Vulnerability Caseworkers to join our energy team, who are part of the award winning Utilities department at Citizens Advice Plymouth.
Vulnerability Caseworkers provide casework support to energy companies most vulnerable customers who are experiencing difficulty paying their energy bills.
You will provide income maximisation, debt and energy advice via telephone and potentially face to face. Clients will be identified as vulnerable and will require immediate advice and casework; supporting them through to resolution where possible.
