The role at a glance:

  • Greet people that visit our office and triage them to identify their next step towards getting the help they need.
  • Help people to access self-help information and provide signposting where relevant.
  • Support other staff and volunteers for example by checking clients in to appointments, scanning documents or passing on messages from anyone who drops in.
  • Support the delivery of our face to face services.

Ideal for someone who is a good listener, approachable and able to handle emotive topics sensitively.
