Citizens Advice Plymouth and Improving Lives Plymouth are working together in a joint contract with Plymouth City Council to provide a joined-up quality information and advice services across Plymouth – Advice Plymouth.

Improving Lives Plymouth run the Advice Plymouth Drop-In service at Ernest English House, providing specialist casework and other one-to-one support.

Improving Lives Plymouth, part of Citizens Advice Plymouth and Shelter are based at Ernest English House, helping to provide a one stop shop for service users.
