Our trained adviser can offer you signposting and confidential information on benefits, budgeting and debts. They can also provide signposting on other advice areas.

We will also be joined by the Plymouth Energy Community team, who can provide tips on reducing your energy use around your home and more.

While you don’t need to book ahead to attend this session, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be seen for a full appointment on the day due to demand. We also can’t offer appointments if there’s less than 1 hour before the drop-in session finishes, as this won’t give us enough time to help you find a way forward with the problem you’re having. If we’re unable to see you, we’ll add you to our waiting list and contact you when the next appointment becomes available.
