Cobourg House will be the main location for your pre-booked appointment with Citizens Advice Plymouth. Visitors without prebooked appointments will be able to access our self-help computers to find information on our website, have access to our leaflets for services across the city and be supported by our helpful team.
Community Outreach
We want to bring our services closer to local communities. Our trained advisers are based in more than 20 locations across the city.
They can offer confidential information, signposting and advice about benefits, budgeting, income maximisation and debt.
Advice Plymouth Drop-In
Citizens Advice Plymouth and Improving Lives Plymouth are working together in a joint contract with Plymouth City Council to provide joined-up quality information and advice services across Plymouth – Advice Plymouth.
