Great location
Citizens Advice Plymouth’s meeting room is located at the heart of Plymouth, with easy access to public transport. We are located within a five minute walk of the main bus station, and a 10 minute walk from the train station.
What's included
The room is fitted with a plasma screen with full Audio Visual (AV). The room is perfect for boardroom style meetings up to 20 people in lecture room format. The room also has high speed internet.

The meeting room is located on a separate side of the building away from our confidential space, and can therefore be used flexibly to suit meetings and events of all shapes and sizes.
Availability
Our meeting room is available to hire:
Monday – Thursday: 10am – 4pm
Friday: 10am – 3.30pm
Meeting Room Pricing
We offer room hire at competitive prices.
The meeting room can be hired by the hour, half day or a full day, depending on your event needs.
- Hourly rates:
Commercial organisations: £20 per hour / £10 per hour for charities
- Daily rates:
Commercial organisations : £100 per day / £50 per day for charities
