Bulb Energy Fund
Bulb Partnership with Citizens Advice Plymouth
Advisers and caseworkers provide holistic debt advice, including income maximisation, budgeting, benefit eligibility, and energy efficiency. They can advise on eligibility, and support with applications for white goods, a one-off payment of £150 (financial assistance) or debt write-off through the Bulb Energy Fund.
We work in partnership with Bulb to provide information to their members who may be experiencing fuel poverty or financial hardship.
At Citizens Advice Plymouth we have a team of advisers that can help Bulb members with enquiries about energy, benefits and the Bulb Energy Fund.
We can advise on eligibility for the Bulb Energy Fund, help to maximise your income and look at ways to help you reduce your energy bills.
To access the service, you must be referred by Bulb. Please contact their helpline for more information.
