The Household Support Fund 5 – Round 1 is now closed as we have received the maximum number of applications.

We have received large numbers of applications at the same time which led to technical issues with our application form over the course of the week. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have not been able to submit an application you will not be assessed for this round of funding. The Fund is assessed on a first come, first served basis, so once we have received the maximum amount of applications we cannot accept any further.

If you have submitted an application:

We will aim to process this within 8 weeks.

We ask that you bear with us while we process applications – please do not call us for application updates, as this can cause delays in processing applications.

We will contact you when we are assessing your application.

If correct evidence has not been provided your application will be rejected, and you may need to apply for future rounds if these are available.
