”After retiring from 32 years in public service I took the decision to volunteer with the Citizens Advice Plymouth Gateway Team so to utilise the life skills gained from my prior career with the aim of benefiting others within the community. The excellent training provided by Learning and Development and the ongoing support from Manager Steve Chapman has armed me with new skills, reignited my confidence in feeling ‘valued’ and I have made new friends.  All good!
