Event information: Plymouth & Devon Racial Equality Council is hosting The Respect International Kite Festival 2023 to celebrate RESPECT This year there will be no stalls at the festival. We will be at the Plymouth Social Isolation Forum's 3rd Opening Doors event, showcasing solutions to isolation and loneliness in the city. This free festival aims to celebrate and educate around neurodiversity. There will be live music and performances, market stalls, wellbeing activities and street food!
