The Household Support Fund 4 round 2 is now closed for all phases and no further applications can be accepted. We will continue to process applications and aim to do so within 8 weeks from when we receive your evidence and application. There may be delays to this due to the volume of applications and we ask that you bear with us at this time while we process the requests for support.

• Ensure you sent the evidence requested when applying
• Respond to our request for evidence/further evidence in a timely manner via email
• Do not send multiple messages for the same thing, this may delay our response
• Wait for us to contact you regarding your application, we cannot provide any updates before this
